Free Shipping in Continental US
Laguna Water Works offers Free Curbside Ground Shipping with no access restrictions on
production fountains anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. We
cannot accept P.O. Box addresses for Ground Delivery
Service, please
supply us with a physical address either residential or commercial.
Although we offer free curbside Ground Shipping, we do not however offer storage for
your undeliverable purchases. If, after 2 or more attempts to
effectuate proper delivery have failed you may be charged
with additional fees such as daily storage and/or return shipping
charges.
Shipping
Times
Once we receive your order, we begin processing your request.
Lead times are noted for all fountains, these production schedules
are updated weekly. If your fountain is backordered you will
be notified of the intended shipping date or if you require
the fountain shipped after a certain date we ask that you
notify us. If you are unavailable to take delivery please
make arrangements for someone to be present to accept delivery
for you.

Guarantee, Your Satisfaction is Our Priority
We know your new fountain will bring you years of enjoyment, but if
for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return
your fountain for a refund (less any additional shipping or special
charges) within 10 days of receipt. NOTE: Restocking fees of 15% may apply. You must retain all original packing and crates/boxes as your return must
be sent back in its original container for a refund.
Returns
other than those due to manufacturing defects or damage from shipping
must be sent prepaid by consumer and insured for the full purchase price.
All returns must have a Laguna Water Works' Return Authorization Number. Retain all original packing and crates/boxes as your return must
be sent back in its original container.
** Please note that stone is a natural product and all
our fountains are handcrafted. Sizes, textures, weight and colors are
approximate and may vary from fountain to fountain making each truly
unique.
Returns
due to Damage or Defect
Damaged fountains must be
reported to Laguna Water Works within 5 days of receipt. Please note
specifics about damages at the time of delivery, on delivery receipt,
for crates and boxes that arrive from the freight company damaged. For
returns due to shipping damage or manufacturer defect please contact
your Laguna water Works representative for a Return Authorization Number
to accompany your return. Retain all original packing and crates/boxes
as your return must be sent back in its original container. We will
replace the damaged or defective fountain at no cost to you.

At Laguna Water Works we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology
to encrypt the information you send us when you place your
order. The information is encrypted on your computer, sent
through the Internet as jumbled code, and decoded on our secure

Warranties
All our production products feature a limited 1 year warranty on parts
and one year manufacturer's warranty on pumps unless otherwise
noted.
